The aroma was at first that of mint bonbons, peppermint tea and freshly cut grass before the sweet spicy note of a rocket salad dressed in a honey and pink peppercorn sauce emerged. Sweet, malty flavours dominated to begin with neat, but very soon subtler notes of desiccated coconut and pine appeared. With some water
